Took my truck in for a transmission issue, from the time I made the phone to them from the time I picked up my truck, the service was absolutely top notch. I passed 3 other GM dealers to get to Walt Massey because I heard their service was head and shoulders above others, and I’m so glad I did! Everyday they sent an email with a status update on my repair and had me in and out in a very timely manner. Long story short, Allison Scott and the entire service department at Walt Massey Chevy have my business for life!

My 5 star rating is for Latisha Goff. I had been searching high and low for a diesel Tahoe. I did many searches on the Chevy website and other places. We called her on a Friday morning because we saw they had one even though this dealership is 3 hours away from me. She informed us the car is actually in Louisiana (an additional 1-2 hour drive away) but said she could get it to her dealer by Saturday morning. She continuously communicated with us throughout the process and answered any questions we had. We showed up promptly on time Saturday and Latisha had the waiting on us for a test drive. She was so helpful and it made the entire process very enjoyable. We also got $8k off the MSRP for 24’ Tahoe primer diesel!! We unfortunately were there during a computer crash and had to wait an unusual amount of time to get to the financing. This process I would rate a 3 star if I could…. The lady rushed me through the paperwork, she added on an OSI contract and I didn’t even realize it until I was home in Florida. I had no paperwork even explaining what this $3,250 contact included but it was added onto my financing! I reached out and it took a couple of days for her to send over info about what this was and she sent me the “contract” that I did not even sign. I want to be upset with the situation but I’m also willing to take my ownership in overlooking this while signing papers. (I also had a cranky 5 year old who had been waiting 3 hours at the dealership for what should have been a quick close deal!) Overall, I’m thrilled with my Tahoe and am thankful for Latisha for making this happen!

Our experience? Hmmm... Let's see. I've purchased a Suburban, Camaro, BMW 7 Series, and a Corvette from Walt Massey in Lucedale and assisted a family friend in the purchase of a Camry. That's 5 vehicles in about 2 years or so. We keep our service for our Chevys here at Walt Massey as well. Everyone that I've dealt with in management, sales, finance, and service has been ultra professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Can't say enough good about this dealership and the people who do their jobs right.
