We purchased my Tahoe in 2018 and they have always been very nice at every maintenance appointment. They've also put a new set of tires on my vehicle. They got the tires in quickly and got my appointment scheduled. Overall great customer service!

I had a problem with my air conditioner and was scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning for 1 1/2 day service so I was supposed to have car back by Friday and had an important trip to make to TX I called Friday evening to find out about my car then later received message that my car would not be available until Monday!! No explanation was given When I did receive my car on Monday afternoon there were multiple deep scratches on my dash panel below the stereo and on the side the panel was open and not attached on the inside ...
