The 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe cabin centers around a standard 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen and an available 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen. Standard infotainment offerings include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay®, voice recognition, a Wi-Fi hotspot, eight USB ports, among others. Available features include wireless device charging, navigation, a second-row entertainment system, and several sound system offerings. Additional features found throughout the Tahoe’s cabin include a remote start, automatic climate control, two power outlets, proximity keyless entry, a panoramic sunroof, a universal garage door opener, along with an auto-dimming rearview mirror. The Tahoe seats up to eight people.
The 2022 Ford Expedition features new interior updates, including a standard 12-inch touchscreen and an available 15.5-inch touchscreen. Additional features include an available 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster, a Wi-Fi hotspot, USB connectivity, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay®, rear-seat entertainment, a remote start, proximity keyless entry, and a panoramic sunroof. The Expedition seats up to eight people.
The 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe is powered by a base 5.3-liter V8 engine that generates 355 horsepower. The High Country trim houses a 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 420 horsepower (available on the RST, Z71, and Premier). A turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six diesel engine is also offered (except on the Z71). All of the engines are paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel driving is standard.
The 2022 Ford Expedition is powered by a 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine that produces 375 horsepower. Rear-wheel drive is standard, while four-wheel drive is available. A 10-speed automatic transmission is standard. Varying trims feature a slight increase in horsepower.
The 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe features a range of driver assistance features, including forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-keeping assistance/lane-departure warning, rear seat reminder, front/rear parking sensors, automatic high beams, among others.
